„Geh mal wieder auf die Straße, geh mal wieder demonstrieren.“ heißt es im Lied „Deine Schuld“ von Die Ärzte.
Aber was muss passieren, damit eine Versammlung überhaupt zustande kommen kann?
In diesem Einführungsworkshop zum „1×1 der Versammlungspraxis“ wollen wir die wichtigsten Punkte klären: Wie melde ich eine Versammlung an? Was muss ich bei Aufrufen beachten? Welche Rechten und Pflichten habe ich als Anmelder*in oder Versammlungsleitung? Wofür braucht man Ordner*innen? Was mache ich mit dem Auflagenbescheid um, und wie gehe ich mit der Polizei um?
Artemys nimmt seit über 10 Jahren das Versammlungsrecht für sich und andere in Anspruch.
Die Erfahrungen aus rund 75 erfolgreich durchgeführten Versammlungen, dutzenden Kooperationsgesprächen und erfolgreichen Gerichtsprozessen gibt Artemys bei unserem Workshop in komprimierter Form weiter. Dabei sollen auch eure Fragen nicht zu kurz kommen, damit der nächsten Kundgebung für eure Anliegen nichts mehr im Wege steht.

goes the song “Deine Schuld” by Die Ärzte.
But what needs to happen for a demonstration to take place at all?
In this introductory workshop on the “Basics of the right to assembly,” we want to clarify the most important points:
How do I register an assembly? What do I need to keep in mind when mobilizing for it?
What rights and obligations do I have as the organizer of a demo?
Why do we need so called “Ordner*innen”? What should I do with a notice contraining the conditions of my demonstration, and how should I deal with the police?
Artemys has been exercising the right to assemble for themself and others for over 10 years.
In our workshop, Artemys will share the insights gained from around 75 successfully organized assemblies, dozens of cooperation meetings, and successful court cases in a condensed format. We’ll also make sure to address your questions so that nothing stands in the way of the next rally for your cause.
