How do you have sex in an epidemic?
How did AIDS activists organize their resistance in the 1980s? How did they look out for one another? Who did they build bonds solidarity with?
And how do we remember and protect ourselves today?
All these questions and more will be answered during our community screening!
We’ll watch an iconic, irreverent documentary about the AIDS crisis together, laugh at cheesy AIDS awareness commercials, and learn more about the important work of AIDS-Hilfe Dresden, thanks to whom we can all live our queer lives in good health and with joy!
Another highlight of the evening: We’ll learn more about PrEP, a medication that can be taken to prevent HIV infection. How does it work, and who should take it?
