Rollschuhfahren hast du noch nie wirklich ausprobiert? Kein Problem!
In unserem Roller Derby Anfänger*innenkurs lernst du erstmal skaten, machst dich mit den Spielregeln vertraut und baust im Fitness- und Ausdauertraining (mit viel Spaß) Muskeln auf.
Das Schnuppertraining ist KOSTENLOS und Ausrüstung kann vor Ort geliehen werden.
Wenn möglich bringt bitte Helm und Schoner (für Ellenbogen, Knie und Handgelenke) mit.
Das erspart uns eine Desinfektionsschlacht.
Eine Teilnahme kann leider nicht spontan erfolgten, sondern nur mit vorheriger Anmeldung.
Das Schnuppertraining ist für alle ab 18 Jahren.
Was brauche ich?
Sportkleidung und Turnschuhe für das Aufwärmen sowie etwas für dich zum Trinken.

The recruitingdays-training is FREE and the equipment can be rented on site.
If possible, please bring a helmet and protectors (for elbows, knees and wrists).
