 iseup.net\n\nPrepped for conflict: Konfliktkompetenz als queere Ressource\
 , mit Gregöre Hamann.\n\nIn queeren Räumen prallen unterschiedliche Po
 sitionierungen\, Erfahrungen -auch mit Gewalt- und Bedürfnisse aufeinande
 r.\n\nManchmal ist der Ort unter unserem schönen umbrella genau darin ein
 e krasse Ressource\, als Ausdruck von Lebendigkeit\, die sich corporate id
 entity verweigert. Manchmal zieht sich aber auch alles zusammen\, wird zu 
 eng\, wir kippen in Starre\, Selbst- und gegenseitige Zerfleischung\, Fluc
 ht und Brüche.\n\nIn diesem 3-stündigen Workshop schauen wir ehrlich hin
  und wollen Antworten näher kommen auf Fragen wie: Was macht Konflikte in
  unseren Communities so besonders? Welche Dynamiken wiederholen sich? Was 
 brauchen wir\, um auch nach dem Krachen-gehen noch oder wieder miteinander
  sein zu können\, vielleicht nicht in voller Harmonie\, but at least fair
 ?\n\nGregöre bringt 7 Jahre Erfahrung als Mediator*in in queeren Szenen m
 it\, und ist selber schon in einigen Konflikten verzweifelt. Wir arbeiten 
 praktisch: mit Werkzeug für konkrete Situationen\, Austausch über Positi
 oniertheiten und Verantwortungsübernahme\, und mit dem Ziel\, das Gelernt
 e in die eigenen Kreise weiterzutragen.\n\n(Meldet euch mit Wünschen und

 es different positions\, experiences - including those involving violence 
 - as well as needs collide.\nSometimes\, the space under our beautiful umb
 rella is a powerful resource in this regard\, an expression of vitality th
 at defies corporate identity. But sometimes everything also contracts\, be
 comes too cramped\, and we slip into rigidity\, self-destruction and mutua
 l destruction\, flight\, and fractures.\nIn this 3-hour workshop\, we’ll
  take an honest look and try to get closer to answers to questions like: W
 hat makes conflicts in our communities so unique? Which dynamics keep repe
 ating themselves? What do we need to be able to still - or once again - be
  with one another even after things have fallen apart\, perhaps not in com
 plete harmony\, but at least fairly?\n\nGregöre brings 7 years of experie
 nce as a mediator in queer scenes\, and has personally struggled through s
 everal conflicts. We take a practical approach: using tools for specific s
 ituations\, discussing positionalities and taking responsibility\, and aim
 ing to share what we’ve learned with our own circles.\n\n(Please feel fr
